UAL reaches tentative agreement with union
We are very pleased to have come to an agreement with the IFPTE after extensive negotiations, said Rick Wysong, vice president of engineering, materials and planning for United Services. "Our engineers are a great asset to United and play an integral part in the work United Services does each day. I'd like to thank the IFPTE leadership and negotiating team for their hard work, persistence and flexibility in coming to an agreement that benefits its members and also helps keep United Services a strong competitor in the challenging MRO business." The agreement still requires ratification by the IFPTE membership and a decision is expected on March 8.
