myFreightWorld Launches Freight Load Management Service
By NS Admin Published 14 January 2011The Clear Visibility service module provides a comprehensive set of online tools that enables third-party logistics managers and motor carrier customers to seamlessly customize and manage their back office freight load operations.
The turnkey application enables existing and new MYFT customers to manage their entire shipment cycle themselves even when they use their own shippers or carriers. Customers can perform contract management, status updates, exception queuing, dispute resolution, and audit and pay functions in a secure, real-time information exchange environment.
Access to information and reports can be made available to interested parties as specified on a completely user-controlled basis. The solution helps build brand equity for MYFT customers by enabling their end users to access dynamic data queries, private label content, and custom-made forms.
Mark Hebden, COO of myFreightWorld, said: “We have used these tools with a select group of customers for some time now, and their continuous positive feedback has encouraged us to roll-out Clear Visibility to all our customers. By focusing on all information exchanges in the shipment cycle under virtually any provider configuration, Clear Visibility helps customers and their shippers achieve greater market transparency.â€
Michael Head, CEO of myFreightWorld, said: “I am pleased with our product development team's efforts to add customer value with new services such as Clear Visibility. Clear Visibility is a highly competitive product offering that is proven to appeal to our target base of customer. We anticipate the product will attract sales from existing and new customers.â€
Will the new service enable customers to manage entire shipment cycle?
