JetBlue Names VP of Corporate Communications
Ms Dervin has started her airline career with TWA in Chicago in 1993, and then joined Delta Air Lines in 1999. She has held a number of communications positions of increasing responsibility before joining JetBlue in 2005 as director corporate communications.
Ms Dervin succeeds Todd Burke, who retired from JetBlue in 2010. In her new role, she will have oversight of JetBlue's internal, external and social media communications strategy and execution.
Mr Hnat said: â€œMs Dervin is the embodiment of JetBlue's values and brand. She brings passion and energy to this critical position and has been instrumental in developing JetBlue's globally recognized communications strategy. I look forward to her leadership of our great team of communications professionals.â€

JetBlue is a passenger airline that operates primarily on point-to-point routes with its fleet of 110 Airbus A320 aircraft and 41 EMBRAER 190 aircraft. Most of the companyâ€™s flights have as an origin or destination one of its focus cities: Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles/Long Beach, New York/John F. Kennedy International Airport, or Orlando.
