ICOP Receives Strategic Order From U.S. Army

According to ICOP, the 88th MP Detachment is part of the United States Army Japan & I Corps, a joint military organization. The company's systems will be used to reinforce local security and assist in daily operations.

The recorded digital video will be stored on existing Army servers, using the company's digital video management software solution, ICOP DVMS. ICOP DVMS is an approved software application for use on Army computer systems through the Army's Directorate of Information Management (DOIM).

Dave Owen, chairman and CEO of ICOP, said: "This sale marks the progress of our broader effort and collaboration with Raytheon to explore additional markets and expand the existing ICOP customer base, the ICOP Model 20/20-W is an ideal solution for military installations where security and reliability are key factors, and ICOP was chosen because it meets the rigorous requirements for this military application."
