Yellowbook Launches Yellowbook360 Business Center
The initiatives, geared to help businesses grow, provide Yellowbook clients and non-clients opportunities to increase their business exposure, manage their Yellowbook marketing programs, and monitor their online reputation.
The Yellowbook360 Business Center provides a secure centralized space for clients to view the results generated by their Yellowbook marketing campaign to easily track their return on investment, incorporate more detailed information about their business, and learn more about other Yellowbook products and services.
ChatterHub reputation management, the newest member of Yellowbook’s portfolio of products and services, is available via the Yellowbook360 Business Center. This service allows businesses to monitor and manage what’s being said about them online so they can respond quickly and engage customers and prospects in conversation.
Key features of ChatterHub include the ability to read online reviews and mentions of a business in one central location, manage and respond directly to social networks, and view what’s being said online about their competition.
A free basic version of ChatterHub is available to Yellowbook clients and non-clients which register at the Yellowbook360 Business Center.
Another free service of the Yellowbook360 Business Center is the business profile tool, which allows all businesses to update and add more detailed information about their business on yellowbook.com. A more complete profile increases the likelihood of a business appearing higher in a user’s search results based on relevancy.
