The New York Times Launches International Weekly In Croatia

The supplement retains the layout and typography of The New York Times and includes news coverage, features, commentary, color photos and graphics covering politics, world affairs, business, culture, style and social trends. It is prepared in New York by The New York Times News Service.

Poslovni Dnevnik is a business daily that publishes Monday through Friday in Croatia. The newspaper is part of the Styria Media Group, which also owns numerous newspapers, magazines, book publishers, and radio and television programs.

The About Group, a part of The New York Times Company, has named Mitchell Kreuch as senior vice president of sales. Mr Kreuch will manage and oversee all online sales efforts including strategy, programming and after-sale account support. Additionally, he will be responsible for achieving targeted advertising sales revenues.

Mr Kreuch has 20 years of professional sales experience to the About Group. Most recently, he was the vice president of sales for the Eastern and Midwest regions at MySpace. In his new role, he will report directly to Cella Irvine, president and CEO, the About Group.
