Magic Rock, Rainstorm Form Distribution Alliance

Rainstorm will be leveraging Magic Rock's active distribution platform for the direct-to-consumer delivery of films handled by their Launchpad Releasing brand.

In addition, the company will utilize Magic Rock's marketing tools and channel partnerships, including Neoflix, a transaction and digital asset platform, to bring their newest film releases directly to target audiences.
