DDB Names Deputy MD for Philips Global Team
Mr Pschorr will be working closely with the other senior team members to help drive further innovation and effectiveness across all Philips communication channels and sectors. Mr Pschorr succeeds Roger Trollope in the role.
Prior to joining DDB UK, Mr Pschorr was managing director at Santo. He started his career with BMW in Germany, before moving to the agency side where he worked for WCRS, Fallon and BBH on global brands such as Vodafone, Sony, Unilever and Audi.
DDB UK is advertising and media services firm and London shop of global advertising network DDB Worldwide, which in turn is a unit of advertising conglomerate Omnicom.
Mr Pschorr said: “I am a committed believer in engaging with customers through all relevant communication channels. This is an area I feel Philips truly exceeds in, and I am looking forward to becoming a part of it.”
Laura Jones, global client managing director on Philips, said: “Toby's experience managing global brands across markets is truly invaluable. His passion for what Philips has achieved over the past few years is palpable, and his excitement and vision for what could still be achieved for such a great brand as Philips makes him the right person to help continue building that momentum.”
