Cablevision Appoints New SVP and Associate General Counsel
By NS Admin Published 31 March 2010In this position, Mr Brecher will serve as the company’s lead attorney on corporate transactions and other corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investments. He will report to David Ellen, executive vice president and general counsel of the company.
Prior to joining Cablevision, Mr Brecher worked for eight years at Time Warner Cable, most recently as vice president and assistant chief counsel, corporate. Before that, Mr Brecher held associate positions at various law firms including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
David Ellen, executive vice president and general counsel of Cablevision, said: “Todd is a highly talented attorney with a strong record of accomplishment and he knows our industry well. We very much look forward to his significant contributions.”
