Under the terms of the agreement, CarieScan will contribute towards the costs of a jointly agreed marketing plan and towards certain costs incurred by CoreStrength in the delivery of its services.

CarieScan will continue to work closely on a non-exclusive basis with its existing US distribution partner Patterson Dental. CoreStrength’s established sales network in US and Canada will allow CarieScan to substantially improve market in those markets.

CarieScan PRO is a hand held device used for the early detection and monitoring of dental caries.

The agreement provides CarieScan with access to sales coverage for the whole of the North American territory on a predominantly commission only basis enabling the company to move forward on a significantly more cost effective manner.
