Ulster Bank Names CEO of Retail Markets
In his new role Mr Donnan will take on responsibility for running the Ulster Bank retail markets business across the island of Ireland, focused on serving the needs of over 1.9m customers through Ulster Bankâ€™s 236 strong branch network.
Mr Donnan takes over the role from Mike Bamber who has recently taken up an appointment as managing director of branch banking for NatWest and RBS Retail in Great Britain.
Mr Donnan has over 22 years experience in the financial services industry having joined Ulster Bank in 1989. He has held a number of senior roles including regional manager in both personal and business banking in Northern Ireland, and most recently as managing director of personal banking across the island of Ireland.
Ulster Bank is a division of Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS). Serving retail and commercial clients in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, the bank offers personal and small business banking products such as savings and checking accounts, as well as loans, mortgages, credit cards, and insurance.
