Unipetrol appoints supervisory board chairman
By NS Admin Published 30 November 1999Slawomir Jedrzejczyk has been appointed as the deputy chairman of the supervisory board. Unipetrol has also appointed Bogdan Dzudzewicz to its supervisory board. Mr Krawiec has been a member of the Unipetrol supervisory board since June 2008. He has been active in Unipetrol's parent company, PKN Orlen, since March 2008. In September, he has been appointed CEO of the PKN Orlen Group. Mr Jedrzejczyk has been a member of the Unipetrol supervisory board since June 2008. He is also a board member of PKN Orlen and is responsible for the company's finances.
