Mr Miller, AT&T's group president-corporate strategy and development, has nearly 25 years of leadership experience in senior positions with the company and its predecessors, SBC and the Pacific Telesis Group. Mr Miller's experience and expertise include leading the planning and execution of major strategic growth initiatives, heading AT&T's global enterprise operations in New Jersey and local telephone operations in the Southwest, and assignments overseeing various corporate functions including AT&T's government affairs activities. His election to the PG&E boards will be effective upon regulatory approval.
