Peregrine Midstream Adds Three New EVPs
Mr Poteet has been named as executive vice president of pipelines and surface facilities development & management. Mr Fullerton joins the company as executive vice president of reservoir development & management. Mr Ruth will be on companyâ€™s board as executive vice president and general counsel.
Mr Poteet has more than 30 years of experience in developing new energy projects. During his career, he has worked for Tenneco Gas, Panhandle Eastern, Enron Engineering & Construction, Energy Packaging Solutions, New Century Energies, Gulf Interstate Engineering, AMEC Paragon, URS and New Energy Compression Service Company.
Mr Fullerton has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, most recently working with Quantum Energy Partners portfolio companies to develop gas storage projects as COO. Started his career with Fluor Daniel, he held management positions with Tejas Power/Market Hub Partners and Western Hub Properties before joining Falcon Gas Storage.
Mr Fullerton subsequently joined Lodi Management as senior vice president and then Zero Emission Energy Plants as chief development officer. Fullerton holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Mr Ruth has joined Peregrine from Falcon Gas Storage where he served as general counsel for two and a half years. He has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry, including various positions in Texas Eastern Corporation's legal department from 1975-1990 and 15 years working for TEPPCO Partners as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
