Mr Cummiskey will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company's non-regulated propane businesses including Sharp Energy, the company's propane distribution subsidiary on the Delmarva; and Xeron, the propane wholesale marketing subsidiary based in Houston. In addition, he will report directly to COO, Michael McMasters, and will work closely with the senior management team to ensure continued excellence at both subsidiaries. Robert Zola, president of Sharp Energy, and David Snyder, president of Xeron, will both report to Mr Cummiskey.
