Chesapeake Utilities names new director of propane operations
By NS Admin Published 30 November 1999Mr Cummiskey will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company's non-regulated propane businesses including Sharp Energy, the company's propane distribution subsidiary on the Delmarva; and Xeron, the propane wholesale marketing subsidiary based in Houston. In addition, he will report directly to COO, Michael McMasters, and will work closely with the senior management team to ensure continued excellence at both subsidiaries. Robert Zola, president of Sharp Energy, and David Snyder, president of Xeron, will both report to Mr Cummiskey. John Schimkaitis, president and CEO of Chesapeake Utilities, said: "Joe brings his vast knowledge of propane supply-side strategies and logistics to Sharp Energy. In his current position with Chesapeake Utilities, Joe has demonstrated a genuine ability for developing innovative solutions for complicated challenges."
