Santa Monica Acquires Assets of Long Beach Seafood
By NS Admin Published 19 April 2011Tony and Star de Lucia, president and vice president of sales of Long Beach Seafood, respectively, have joined Santa Monica Seafood and will continue to focus their efforts on sales to their customers.
Santa Monica Seafood is a private, family-owned and -operated company that has been in the business of supplying quality seafood products. The company will have approximately 300 employees, with the largest seafood sales, customer service, purchasing and delivery teams servicing Southern California and the greater Las Vegas and Phoenix areas.
Santa Monica Seafood is a specialty wholesale distributor of fresh and frozen seafood in the southwestern US with its corporate offices and processing facility located in Rancho Dominguez, California.
The company also operates a national FedEx distribution program called SMS Chef Express and has two retail stores - in Santa Monica, California and Costa Mesa, California - which specialize in seafood and seafood-related products.
