prAna to open first stores in Colorado and California
By NS Admin Published 30 November 1999prAna has developed a store concept prototype, in partnership with San Francisco-based Gensler, a provider of sustainable environmental design strategies. Located at 1147 Pearl Street the store will feature approximately 3,200 square feet of selling space and a 2,800 square foot showroom. prAna is also opening a retail store at the Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, California that will feature 2,075 square feet of retail space. Beaver Theodosakis, president and founder of prAna, said: "We envision our stores becoming true destinations where members of the local community can experience and connect with our brand. Our goal is to create visually dynamic spaces that provide customers with an educational and interactive retail environment."
