The company posted total net sales of $81.43m for the third quarter of 2011, compared to $70.17m for the same period of 2010. Operating expenses were $26.29m, compared to $25.13m for the same period of 2010.

Operating income was $2.77m for the third quarter of 2011, compared to $1.82m for the same period of 2010. Coffeehouse sales were $58.69m, compared to $56.62m for the same period of 2010. Interest expense was $70m, compared to $63m for the same period of 2010.

Depreciation and amortization was $2.66m for the third quarter of 2011, compared to $3.09m for the same period of 2010. General and administrative expenses were $7.76m, compared to $7.42m for the same period of 2010.

EBITDA was $5.81m for the third quarter of 2011, compared to $5.30m for the same period of 2010.

For the nine months ended October 2, 2011, net income was $30.61, compared to $5.35m for the same period of 2010. Total net sales were $233.98m, compared to $206.10m for the same period of 2010. EBITDA was $19.81m, compared to $15.92m for the same period of 2010.
