UMEC Bags Contract For Installation of Mechanical Systems At Caris
UMEC will be responsible for installation of the mechanical systems at Caris Life Sciences’ build-out in Phoenix of 30,000 square feet including a lab, lab support area, and office space area, as well as a 5,000 square feet mechanical mezzanine.
The company will also be responsible for the installation of a central plant and service yard, which includes a chiller, cooling tower, and exhaust systems with energy recovery, at the facility. Additionally, UMEC will coordinate the electrical and plumbing work required for the project.
