Parsons Makes New Appointment
In her new role, Ms Hayes will facilitate expansion in this key region. With more than 37 million people, California continues to be a prime market for infrastructure projects for Parsons.
Ms Hayes has more than 21 years of experience in the engineering industry. She joined Parsons in 1997 and has since held a succession of positions with increasing responsibilities, working with government officials and key stakeholders in the public and private sector.
Most recently, Ms Hayes was Parsons' market development manager for its transportation group for California and Hawaii.
Ms Hayes is active in numerous professional organizations and currently serves as a non-voting board member for the Association of California Cities, Orange County. She served as CELSOC's (Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California, now the American Council of Engineering Companies of California aka ACEC California) Caltrans Liaison for District 7 (Los Angeles) from 2001 - 2006.
Ms Hayes was a founding member of the Association for California High Speed Trains and served in various capacities. She is based in Irvine, California.
