Cooper is a chartered accountant and brings considerable experience having held a number of executive management positions. Cooper is a senior partner of consultants, MPC Partners LLP, and a former partner at Arthur Andersen. Cooper replaces Graham Brown, who will remain on the board as a non-executive director to ensure a smooth transition. The board would like to thank Brown for his service to the Group as Interim executive chairman.
