Con-X Signs Three Contracts for Sarra Homes

One project is in North Vancouver, British Columbia to construct a high end home on a cost plus basis for 1.2 million dollars, the second is a design build home in Crofton, British Columbia for $400,000 and the third is also a cost plus project in the Shushwaps for 1.1 million dollars.

The president of Con-X Construction, Mr Ricardo Caicedo is excited to move forward with these small projects, as they are the test first steps to signing the contract for the 152 homes to be built by Con-X for Sarra Homes over the next three years.

An agreement has been signed to confirm that upon the satisfactory completion of these three projects Con-X Construction will move forward with a 38 million dollar cost plus management contract to build a complete green home development on the outskirts of Vancouver British Columbia.

These three projects will encompass the same principals and green technology as the complete planned green home community all built for Sarra Homes. The use of geo-thermal and solar in conjunction with our building design and specific materials will offer not only very energy efficient homes but also very low footprint living for future generation.

The subsidized 152 home project, will be a low cost 300-400 thousand dollar single family home project offering very technical high end green and eco living for a fraction of the normal costs to the consumer.

Will the contracts commercially benefit the firm?
