Annabelle Receives Final Approval for Stanley City Project
The Phase I portion of this project is expected to generate $6.5m in revenue for Dynamic Ventures.
In April 2011, the Stanley City Council gave final approval to the Annabelle Homes project allowing the company to move forward with its plan to break ground the beginning of May 2011.
Annabelle Homes is a development company established with a team of experienced investors and developers who provide edge urban design to smaller communities. Annabelle Homes has contracted Bundled Builder Solutions to construct the Stanley City development.
Dynamic Ventures Corporation develops and markets efficient construction solutions for residential and commercial buildings. The company offers a turnkey solution enabling the firm to custom design, manufacture and install complete structures. Annabelle Homes is a development company that provides the kind of urban design usually only seen in larger metropolitan cities.
Paul Kalkbrenner, CEO of Dynamic, said: “The growth of the oil industry in the Stanley City area has presented a real challenge to the community. We are extremely pleased that Annabelle Homes and the Stanley City Council believe strongly in what we can accomplish. The challenge now will be getting favorable weather to get the project started, but once that occurs we will be running hard and fast.
“During the construction phase, we expect to hire 50 construction workers in the area and anticipate that this project will be completed around late September.â€
Dean Dovolis, founder of DJR-Architecture and lead principal of Annabelle Homes, said: “This is a 50 year commitment by the communities. We are not just building houses here, but taking the time to build a long lasting legacy that benefits the entire population base.â€
