AIG Selects CB Richard Ellis for Advisory Services

The multi-year contract with AIG encompasses approximately 17 million sq. ft. CB Richard Ellis’ facilities management, project management and labor analytics consulting groups will furnish services to AIG.

Additionally, NYSE Euronext, a provider of trading technologies, has selected CB Richard Ellis as its exclusive outsourcing provider of global real estate transaction management services and its preferred provider of global facilities management services.

CB Richard Ellis will serve NYSE Euronext’s three million sq ft portfolio of owned and leased properties in the US and Europe. The portfolio includes such iconic facilities as the New York Stock Exchange at 11 Wall Street in New York, and the Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon and Paris stock exchange buildings.
