Navistar Names VP of Custom Products
In this role, Mr Osborne will have accountability for the companyâ€™s Monaco RV and Workhorse business units.
Mr Osborne was appointed to Navistarâ€™s board of directors in September 2009 and was a member of the boardâ€™s finance committee. He resigned his board position to assume his new role. He was previously president and CEO of Federal Signal Corporation and an automotive industry executive.
Prior to joining Federal Signal in September 2008, he served in a number of senior-level positions with Ford Motor Company, most recently as president and CEO of Ford of Australia.
Previously, Mr Osborne served as president and CEO of Ford of Canada. His earlier assignments included a variety of roles in product design, development and engineering. Before his career at Ford, he held positions at Chrysler and General Motors.
Navistar International Corporation is a holding company whose subsidiaries and affiliates produce International brand commercial and military trucks, MaxxForce brand diesel engines, IC Bus brand school and commercial buses, Monaco RV brands of recreational vehicles, and Workhorse brand chassis for motor homes and step vans.
