Naturex, a France-based manufacturer of natural specialty ingredients for the food & beverage, nutrition & health and personal care industries, has expanded its ingredients portfolio and presented these ingredients during Health Ingredients Europe in Madrid, Spain.

The selection of newly developed ingredients includes fruit and vegetable powders, pectins, natural colours, colouring foodstuffs, inactive dried yeast and Talin (Thaumatin), a multi functional ingredient.

In NAT life domain, Naturex has presented its latest results on Cereboost developed for its activity on cognitive performance and will showcase its applications including beverages, fruit bars, chocolates, candies.

Naturex has presented NAT healthy's extended line of botanical extracts, with the addition of immunity strengtheners, libido enhancers and skin health promoters.

In NAT stabil series, Naturex has launched Xtrablend RP, a blend of rosemary and pomegranate extracts. According to the company, this combination of two botanicals achieves an optimal antioxidant protection in food products.

Naturex has 11 production units located in Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and England), the US (New Jersey and California), Brazil, Australia and Morocco. In addition, the group has several sales offices across the world.
