Coca-Cola Enterprises appoints BNY Mellon as exchange agent
BNY appointed in connection with recent sale of CCE's North American bottling business to The Coca-Cola Company.

Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) has appointed BNY Mellon Shareowner Services as exchange agent in connection with the recently-completed sale of CCE's North American bottling business to The Coca-Cola Company.
BNY Mellon Shareowner Services also has been appointed as transfer agent for Coca-Cola Enterprises.
BNY Mellon Shareowner Services managing director and head of client relationship and product management Elizabeth DaSilva said that BNY Mellon appreciate the trust that Coca-Cola Enterprises has placed in the company.
"Applying our expertise across a number of shareowner services disciplines will allow us to deliver an exceptional experience for CCE and its shareholders," DaSilva said.
