The menu also includes soups, appetizers, salads; pasta, rice and noodle dishes; wood grilled dishes; sandwiches and burgers; and brick oven pizzas and desserts. Executive Chef Michael Stebner said his menus are influenced by Mediterranean, Asian and Californian cuisine. The Fashion Island location will also offer a breakfast component and catering.
True Food Kitchen will open in the 9,600sqft space formerly occupied by Blue Coral next Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse.
