British Telecom (BT) in talks with Ofcom to make Virgin Media (VM) open access to its broadband cabl
By New Statesman Published 09 March 2010The opening of VM's ducts would allow BT to meet its target of connecting 5mn homes to the new broadband network without needing to dig up extra roads.

Ofcom is due to conduct a fresh study of the matter during spring.
