Rugby fan exposes himself on live TV

A rugby fan dropped his kilt and exposed himself on Friday's edition of BBC Wales Today ahead of Sco

Following the incident, the BBC has been forced to apologise for broadcasting it. The programme's editor Gail Morris Jones offered the apology, saying that BBC Wales Today is a live programme and unfortunately one rugby fan got carried away.

The player at the centre of the incident has been revealed as forward Keith Davies who plays for Scottish club side Hawick RFC.

Around 50 viewers are reported to have complained about the incident. Inspector Tony McAlinden of South Wales Police said they were investigating the incident.
