Bravo channel to air White Collar series in the UK

The US drama White Collar has been sold to the Bravo channel which has landed the exclusive UK rights to the series from Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution.

The crime series is about an ex-con who escapes prison and becomes an FBI consultant. It is written and produced by Jeff Eastin via Fox TV Studios. The show has been picked up by Virgin Media TV (VMtv) and will air on the UK's Bravo channel.

The series debuted on cable channel USA Network in October to 5.4 million viewers. It teams up a con artist with an FBI agent to fight crime. It stars Tim DeKay, Matthew Bomer, Tiffani Thiessen, Marsha Thomason and Willie Garson.
