A particularly powerful fist-thump from the president sends the presidential seal to the floor.

Thumping his fist for emphasis while making a no-doubt powerful and important point, President Barack Obama causes the presidential seal to fall from the front of his lectern.

To uproarious laughter from the assembled media, he says "That's alright. All of you know who I am."
