Woman throws cat into wheelie bin

A woman is caught on CCTV throwing a cat into a wheelie bin and then walking away.

For those of you who’ve missed the story, the RSPCA has launched an investigation and is looking for the woman caught on the video (below). The Guardian has an interesting take on the video.
