Our judging panel -- Jason Cowley, Jonathan Dimbleby, Stuart Franklin, Rebecca McClelland and Jon Snow -- also selected the single greatest political photo of all time: Nick Ut's Pulitzer prize-winning photograph of Phan Thi Kim Phuc as a young girl, running naked from the scene of a napalm attack in Vietnam in June 1972.
