Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith's department has made a formal complaint to the BBC claiming its coverage of the Government is biased, it has emerged.

BBC officials last night defended the organisation's record of impartiality and Ms Flanders' reporting.

With unabashed schedanfreude we recall Stephanie on Newsnight in 2007 bringing 'Call Me Dave' Cameron up short by reminding him that she was a 'single parent' who would be affected by the Tories meddling with tax credits.
Now Iain Dunce Smyth is disturbed by a woman walking all over Tory virtual reality economics.

Peeing all over British industry? - and this from a minister in a government that has gone all out to kill off demand and bring growth to a halt? And anyway, what do you reckon the disabled think that IDS is doing to them?
