Are you an idiot, Wesley? It's a sincere question, and I'm asking you via the Internet. Does it change your answer much if I ask it from here, or from where you are? If not, then maybe your point is stupid?
Mr Galloway clearly has no Respect for women.
Mr Galloway clearly has no Respect for women.
"I don't understand why Assange's supporters cannot accept that great people can do bad things. "
Err yeah, except George says "Let me tell you, I think that Julian Assange's personal sexual behaviour is something sordid, disgusting, and I condemn it." in the first sentence of this. He's saying this devalues the term "rape", the same opinion of many other commentators on the subject, including Naomi Wolf, yet something third-rate journalists and permanently-outraged twitter users cannot seem to grasp.
So let me get this straight. If a women goes to bed with Mr Galloway, they have sex, and he falls asleep, it is OK for the woman to, say, penetrate Mr Galloway with a dildo when he's asleep? Good to know.
it's not polite but it's NOT rape...
Yes it is.
I would like to hope that his words will finally rid some parts of the left of the notion that Galloway is some sort of class hero, but seeing the number of supporters Assange has gained I won't hold my breath.
I don't understand why Assange's supporters cannot accept that great people can do bad things. Even if Assange did what it is claimed he did to these women, that does not diminish the significance of the work he did through Wikileaks. Conversely, however, his amazing work with Wikileaks should not allow him to evade facing up to these allegations.
