Hey guys, check out the latest Private Eye. Look at page 5, top of column 1.

It seems that Martin isn't content with arms dealer financed PR for the Israeli occupation, he's also been selling himself to advertise the Nintendo Wii.

Please don't sue the Eye Martin, who else will pay your mate Ratbiter?

Martin: It really doesn't shed much more light than the group's title. Even if you are correct in your assertion groups are rarely homogenous. Usually once you scratch the surface you're most likely to find they're rich with competing contradictions. Wouldn't it be better to interface with projects like this so you can sway the moderates? I mean even Thatcher's government had talks with the IRA.

Hell, I have even done cross-party work with the Conservatives and will probably do so again.

As for Harry's Place, their politics are a fairly one-dimensional manifestation of the new right emerging from within the Labour movement. Even their strapline verges on the Melanie Phillips. The idea that Liberty entitles people to impose their views on others is at best erroneous. Even if such a thing as rights exist the intention to impose your views on others is merely Fascist. In short, they set themselves up. Nobody else.

Very good points BET.

Harrys place is unfortunately getting more and more extreme in their views. The word entrenched comes to mind. They dismiss people like Hari and even David T, a man who I admire have nailed their colours to Tory. policy exchange Cohenites.

As for facebook, it sounds that it should be left to the kids.
