Undercover Mosque -- Justice is Done

The absurd attempts by West Midlands police to discredit Channel 4's investigation into Islamist preachers of hate has ended in humiliation
I was proud to be associated with the Channel 4 documentary Undercover Mosque as a consultant. It was a brave piece of reporting and scheduling.
So I was delighted to see that the police have been forced into a six-figure pay out for libelling the programme makers in a press release. Read about it here. Now perhaps they can get on with the job of catching terrorists.

16 May 2008 at 22:20 Martin reading the CIF comments and the disgusting article by the right wing Anthony you certainly have support.
You are right to oppose Muslim extremism but why not oppose US Christian and Jewish right. who have killed more muslims than muslims have killed christain or jew.
It is frightening that a man like yourself beloved by the right wing is likely to become the next editor of the NS.To make it more right wing than the spectator.
The Policy exchange and the so call progressive right will then have the NS, Spectator, Observer, London, all the rest of the press, most broadcasters will now have a cartel of their own view. Great for democracy.
Cue Anthony Browne sitting on a black chair stroking a white cat.
Well done number 1 (Bright) another great article on
1. Bashing muslims
2. Bashing new and old labour
3. Bashing trades unionists
4. putting forward privatisation, selective education and getting rid of the NHS (lets have the American healthcare system)
I bet the Webbs are getting ready to role

17 May 2008 at 13:52 Just a jest pal but it is wonderful picture although Bright is does illustrate your kowtowing to the great gods of neo con and post thatcherite thought. Also not without a grain of truth. Although Browne was has a british bulldog instead of a cat

Reading Tory Nick Cohens article supporting his mates. Normal targets imaginary political correctness, muslims, labour party, liberals, and the left generally.
Just a few questions would you answer a few questions.
1. I agree withyou on muslim extremists but wasn't it the neo con precusors who develped them into a threat as bulwark against the commies. I cannot remember right wing articles from any journos attacking muslim extremism in the eighties when they were been welcomed by the white house and number 10 and your heroine Mrs T. No mention of them in your or Tory Nick articles. Strange that eh !
2. Why no mention of the right wing christian and jewish fundamentalists in any of your articles. They want to ban homosexuality, teach creationism and bring in blasphemy laws. See Dispatches tommorow night. Could it be you and tory nick are so far up the ar*e of bush and his neo con vision and he was put in power by the rapture right.
3. Why did the uber thatcherite and neo con political editor of the spectator comment that Martin Bright and I agree on nerly everthing. That says everything.
4. Name one political difference you cohen have from the Cameron right.
5. Did you read the John rentoul article in the Independent on sunday. He is no lover of brown but some of his comments about the tabloid tactics used by certain sections of the press are appalling. I think he was looking at you and Cohen.
6. Why not admit that you and Cohen are going to vote for the progressive tory Cameron. Because by everything you write and say points that way. Be honest.
i doubt you will answer any of the questions becuase like the lisping half man Cohen you are a coward but they are worth asking

"Why no mention of the right wing christian and jewish fundamentalists in any of your articles. "
Maybe because their followers aren't blowing up people on the streets of London? Just a guess.

The point is that Bush loving right wingers like yourself Cohen and Bright support a man brought to power by an ideology.
That wants to ban homosexuality
Bring in creationism
That bases its foreign policy on the rapture. That has killed more than the muslims than vice versa. In a way it has brought the bombing to London by creating policies that have driven young muslims into the hands of the extremists. Hence the bombs.
Personally as secularist I despise the muslim extremists and your type of apologist, aka Bright, for the right wing christian Bush fundamentalists.
Smell of hypocrisy

20 May 2008 at 17:18 Thank you for replying. You have more balls than your mate Cohen.
"1. This is not a question "
True but why don't you mention the roots of muslim extremism/
2. Because the articles to which you rtefer are about radical Islam.
But you never critisize Christian fundamentalism. Why ?. Surely they have similar aims. Hari, Hitchens and Wheen do but you and Cohen never do.
3. I don't know
Oh couse you do. You little fibber
4. Where to start?
GO ON START.
Give me some differences. Then I will respect your negative arguments
5. No I didn't but I will
6. I don't know how Nick will vote but I will not be voting Conservative.
i don't think you will but you feel that is the party for you why not.
Cohen has always voted Tory. Read his old stuff in the Powellite Birmingham Mail.

21 May 2008 at 07:57 Knave, it's exhausting reading your ramblings. I gave up after the first few. The main problem is that you nitpick, you tend to rant and make a lot of pointless ad hominem attacks and you can't bloody spell or punctuate.
The other problem is that Islam is at heart a violent religion. That most Muslims are reasonable and decent people is in spite of this fact. Islam is a violent and toxic concoction of 7th century primitive desert nomad beliefs. Look into it. Type in "Islam: What the West Needs to Know" in YouTube. It's appalling what's actually in the Koran and amazing that it still has so much power over so many people in this day and age.
Israel is a modern democratic state trying to survive in a sea of dysfunctional and backward Islamic states that have a totalitarian attitude to people's lives. Your quibbling doesn't change that.

I do apologize Dave about my traits and as for my grammar I am dyslexic but that is no excuse.

I agree if you read my post on the great betrayl.
I despise the muslim religeon but but as secularist I despise your type of right wing christain fundamentalism as well.
3 questions about Isreal
1. Why did Isreal set and back the fundamentalist Hamas to undermine the secular fatah.
2. What do you think of christain fundamentalists who want to bam homosexulity and bring in creationism to our schools.
3.Can you exlain why right wing t*****rs like yor elf set up the the mullahs in the first place in the eighties.

04 June 2008 at 09:00 David from Sydney should have a read of the Torah, especially the section which states that Jews are allowed to kill the WOMEN and CHILDREN of their enemies.
It's rather strange that this section of the Torah is never mentioned every time the Jews murder Palestinian innocents.
Also I thinks it's time the Jews started to show some gratitude to Iran and other Muslim states who saved the Jews from slavery numerous times.

05 June 2008 at 18:43 Sheesh you are hard up for anti Semitic smears. The biblical laws you refer to are three thousand years old,. They were revoked by the Talmud two thousand years ago. Hello!
