Thank you Hater! Anti-troll song goes viral

Comedian Isabel Fay takes aim at internet bullies.

Just going to let this one speak for itself - comedian Isabel Fay offers a retro-styled tribute to people who leave horrible comments on YouTube videos.

Very funny, very true - and very rude (much like the source material), it features contributions from Richard Herring and Josie Long, and lines such as "You wished me cancer... and mis-spelled cancer." It has already had more than 150,000 hits, and as Fay reports on her Twitter page, media requests have begun to arrive.

The NS Podcast #204: Carswell and Collapse

The New Statesman podcast.

Helen and Stephen are joined by Jonn Elledge to lament our exit from the EU, discuss what they feel about the EEA, and decide who they loathe more: Douglas Carswell or Daniel Hannan. Jason Cowley and George Eaton then introduce our special-issue on Labour's collapse. And you ask us: what do we think of the Labour Leave MPs?
