Cassetteboy has returned with a new video raising Boris Johnson to new levels of bumbling incomprehensibility. The bootlegger, who is also known for Cassetteboy vs The Bloody Apprentice and Cassetteboy vs The News, posted this video this morning:

Of course, you don't have to take Boris out of context to have him say strange things, it just helps.
