Delphi expands parts operation, service network in Europe

The automotive parts company has launched a comprehensive product portfolio

Delphi is expanding its parts operation, training and service centre network in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, as demand for quality replacement parts and servicing for petrol and diesel vehicles in these regions continues to grow.

The automotive parts company has launched its comprehensive product portfolio, including air conditioning, brakes, shock absorbers, steering and suspension, vehicle electronics components, as well as a full range of diagnostic tools and specialised diesel test equipment.

It will also soon be launching its new fuel analyser in these regions, in preparation for the official launch of its Delphi service centre network in these regions.

The company has recruited a number of high quality independent garages and is providing them with all the latest training on key topics such as air conditioning maintenance, complete braking and steering and suspension systems, vehicle electronics, diagnostics and diesel servicing.

Delphi vice president of product and service solutions and diesel Mike Rayne said that with 33 million vehicles in Russia alone, independent garages joining the company's Delphi Service Centre network will benefit from the growing requirement for high quality servicing.

"We can provide members of our network with the diagnostic equipment they need to carry out first-class fault diagnosis, together with access to training, technical bulletins and support," Rayne said.
