To enter your suggestion for an Early Day Motion on the UKs nutritional health into our competition please fill in the form below.

You should be aware that your name and EDM idea may appear on this website here and possibly in the New Statesman magazine or on its website.

Before sending in your entry please ensure you have read the competition rules. Please also bear in mind the following restrictions:

• Your proposed motions must consist of a single sentence which may be up to 250 words long.
• It must begin with the word "That...", as it is a resolution.
• Your motion should not criticise MPs, peers, judges or members of the royal family except as the main subject of the motion.
