Have warm towels always on hand with this heated towel rail. Taking up very little space, it simply plugs into a wall socket and heats up to a maximum surface temperature of approx 500C. And with a rating of just 100 watts, it's economical to run and is ideal, too, for drying damp clothing quickly in those colder months.

NHS trusts which have treated record numbers of patients are facing penalties of hundreds of thousands of pounds.
Clauses written into contracts between the NHS and the private consortia which build and run the hospitals stipulate that penalties must be paid if the number of patients treated exceeds a set figure, even if they are emergencies.
