A family have accused their son's school of infringing his human rights after he was forbidden from eating sweets and crisps at break times at Pinehurst Junior School, which is running an experiment in healthy eating. But Clare Hazle says that her son Samuel, seven, cannot eat fruit and must be allowed to have his choice of mid-morning break. Mrs Hazle, 30, said: "He won't eat meat or vegetables either.
